Pill bug

I found a pill bug wandering over the milkweed leaf.

Pill bugs are often called roly-polys.

If you touch it, it rolls into a ball to protect itself.

Pill bugs are Crustaceans in the same animal group (arthropods) as crabs and shrimp!

Fun Fact - Pll bugs have blue blood.
